A snake has gone missing prompting a frantic search by its owners.

Ian Goulden, of Wayside Road in Macclesfield, has put out an appeal to find his corn snake Juliet which went missing on Monday.

Ian says the snake went missing in the morning when he moved her glass cage.

She is around eight years old and five to six feet long.

Ian said: “I have had her since she was a little tiny worm.

“Juliet escaped her home so if anyone sees it please let me know. She’s very friendly and never bitten anyone, we have turned the house upside down but think she may have gone out through the back garden.”
