Four fire crews attended a blaze at a house in Chelford.

The crews from Macclesfield, Knutsford, Wilmslow and Holmes Chapel were called to the house on Robin Close at 12.41am on Sunday.

No-one was trapped in the property at the time of the fire.

Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used hose reel jets to put out the fire which was on the first floor of the property.

A thermal imaging camera was used to check there were no more areas of heat.

An investigation into the cause of the fire is being carried out.
