I would like to point out that I never stated I invented the game, Me and my friends mearly put together a more strong set of rules and started to play it seriously. I do not wish to take credit for one squareball, but for example people in Fallibroome school use there hands during play...this was not allowed in our game which is why we gave the game its set rules.

Well done Josh and his friends; it should be encouraged; it will improve every young footballers skills. I played it in 1969 at Broken Cross County Primary School. It was introduced by Mr Martin our football teacher, and we had specially marked out squares behind what were then the junior class rooms. Sammy Mclroy's successful MTFC team used a similar excercise (circular rather than square) as part of their warm up.

That games been around for years. I played it at Ryles Park 10 years ago and everyone knew it had been around for ages even then. Quite how this lad is supposed to have invented it, I don't know. No offence to the lad but sorry, this game ain't yours.
