Does this not tell these people something already that of get your own kids under control before complaining about others! The kids in the park aren't shipped in from another county they are your children BRARA! Once again Winterton turncoated good job I had his original letter of support from February this year to give to the council countering his second letter to them.    this sounds like it could be a good thing but what are the 22 conditions that must be met? do they include sanctions on the youth that will use this service? i would hope it will be a zero tolerance zone for the best interest of both youth and neighbours and not a druggy flop house!!
