Man of the manor set to lord it up Stateside-style

Karen Britton

PREPARE to be bowled over as the legendary Birtles’ cricket ground "Lord" strikes again – over the airwaves.

Hippy millionaire "Lord" Tim Hudson made a name for himself 20 years ago when he brought showbiz and Sixties psychedelia to the tiny village of Birtles while restoring the cricket ground and managing Ian Botham.

Righteous Liberty UK, you say i spew venom - if saying someone is a crackpot is venemous then you need to go and see a Dr. For the record i live in Sydney, who was i getting away from - you?

Tim Hudson may well be the A, B and C you so pompously state, but does that preclude him from being a crackpot? On second thoughts given your comments "nanny-state, control freaks" - where did that come from? - make you the bigger crackpot. Welcome back Tim, you are positively normal in comparison!

Hmm. Let's see now. 'The Satisfied Customer (tell us another)' and 'Justice League (not likely)' spew venom because: A. The Lord and Lady are successful, and B. Had a glorious dream, then C. Made it come true. Just the stuff: jealous, small-minded, real Walter Mitty, nanny-state and control-freak, types - hate.

GB could do well with a million more like Lord Tim, but apparently they can't wait to get out.

Ever wonder why?

He's a crackpot in a Vic Barlow parallel universe type way.

I thought that idiot went back to the US in a huff. He's certainly done enough already to destroy a once beautiful Birtles... why doesn't he just go away and stay away!
