Recent cases heard at South and East Cheshire Magistrates Courts:

JULIE Anne Gallagher, 46, of Grimshaw Lane, Bollington, was found guilty of assault in Macclesfield on December 8. She was given a two month curfew, restraining order and ordered to pay £200 compensation.

MARK Baldry, 26, of Beech Lane, Macclesfield, admitted possession of cannabis in Macclesfield on March 15. He was fined £160.

ALEXANDER Wordsworth Beaumont, 27, of St Paul’s Road, Macclesfield, admitted assault in Macclesfield on November 8, 2014. He was fined £110.

DANIEL Taylor, 30, of no fixed abode, admitted criminal damage of a fence in Bollington on June 6 and breaching a restraining order banning him from entering Bollington. He was given a new restraining order lasting until June 2017.

SALVATORE Chiaielli, 59, of Stirling Close, Macclesfield, admitted using threatening words or behaviour causing harassment, alarm or distress in Macclesfield on May 11. He also admitted committing an offence while subject to a suspended prison sentence. He was fined £70.

JAMES Scott Bowers, 24, of Nicholson Avenue, Macclesfield, admitted being drunk and disorderly on Mill Street, Macclesfield, on May 17. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months.

SALIANNE Davenport, 24, Earlsway, Macclesfield, admitted drink driving on Heweston Crescent, Macclesfield, on May 20. She was banned from driving for 40 months and fined £110.

CARL Patrick Simpson, 34, of Masons Lane, Macclesfield, admitted stealing meat worth £5.99 from B&M Bargains in Macclesfield on May 20. He was given a community order with six week curfew.

MATTHEW Peter Mayes, 39, of High Street, Macclesfield, admitted harassment by posting an abusive message on Facebook which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order. He was fined £110.

AIDEN Paul Wilkinson, 18, of Masons Lane, admitted four charges of assaulting a police constable, one of resisting arrest, four charges of assault, a charge of shoplifting a charge of receiving stolen goods. He was sent to a young offenders institution for six months.

CHRISTIAN James, 42, of Warwick Avenue, Macclesfield, admitted nine charges of shoplifting and possession of a steak knife on Park Lane on March 27. He will be sentenced on July 14.

STEPHEN Martin Wall, 44, of Melksham Close, Macclesfield, admitted drink driving on Congleton Road, on May 17. He was fined £535 and banned from driving for 20 months.
