• Margaret Lloyd, 65, of Towers Road, Poynton, admitted driving without due care and attention namely a BMW on London Road North at its junction with Towers Road on October 22. She also admitted failing to stop after an accident where personal injury was caused. She was fined £270.
  • Glaucia Maria Rosa, 30, of Heybridge Lane, Prestbury, admitted speeding in a Mini on the A538 Manchester Road on September 27, 2014. She was fined £140.
  • Richard Andrew Jones, 45, of Cheltenham Close, Macclesfield, admitted assault in Wilmslow on May 3. He also admitted driving a VW Golf dangerously on Dean Row Road, Pinewood Road and Adlington Road in Wilmslow on May 3. He also admitted failing to stop after an accident and criminal damage. He will be sentenced at Chester Crown Court at a future date.
  • Christopher Michael Ball, 31, of Heaton Lane, Rushton Spencer, admitted drink driving in a Skoda Octavia on Park Green on Aril 22. Fined £165 and banned for 12 months.
  • Alexander Laidler, 23, of Wilmslow Road, Mottram St Andrew, admitted drink driving a Vauxhall Corsa on Knutsford Road on April 21. He was given a community order with 120 hours unpaid work. He was also banned from driving for four years.
  • Claire Bond, 28, of West Park Drive, Macclesfield, admitted stealing items worth £307 from Sainsbury’s in Macclesfield. She was jailed for eight weeks.
  • James David Lancaster, 22, of Melford Drive, admitted drink driving on Sunderland Street, on April 19. He was fined £350 and banned from driving for 12 months.
  • Michael John Green, 34, Buckfast Close, Macclesfield, was fined £270 after pleading guilty to drink driving, driving without due care and attention and failing to stop on Oxford Road, Macclesfield, on November 4, 2014. He was ordered to pay £27 victim surcharge, £85 court costs and was banned from driving for 16 months.

  • Benjamin Charles Preece, 33, of Lime Tree Court, Howty Close, Wilmslow, was fined £160 afer pleading guilty to harassment on November 19 2014 at Macclesfield. He was ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge, £250 costs and was made subject to a three-year restraining order not to contact the victim or enter The African Sun Tanning Salon on Prestbury Road, Macclesfield.

  • Leanne Sophie Latham, 20, Fir Court, Kennedy Avenue, Macclesfield, was given a 12-month conditional discharge after stealing Rimmell foundation make-up worth £7.99 from Boots, Macclesfield on January 17. She was ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

  • Carla Sjoerdsma, 31, of Lansdowne Street, Macclesfield, was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £150 compensation after pleading guilty to stealing meat worth £150 from Tesco on April 21 and meat worth £37.75 from Co-op in Macclesfield on April 27. She was ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
  • Daniel Ryan Thompson, 21, of Kings Road, Ashton-under-Lyne, was given a three-month community order and ordered to pay £225 compensation after pleading guilty to stealing a Sony Z2 mobile from the EE shop in Macclesfield on September 5, 2014. He was ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
  • Daniel Jonathan Wright, 26, of Dryhurst Drive, Disley, was fined £180 after pleading guilty to driving while unfit through drugs on January 16 on Redesmere Lane, Macclesfield. He was ordered to pay £150 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
  • Mark Longshaw, 51, of Macclesfield Canal Centre, Brook Street, Macclesfield, was fined £75 for using threatening behaviour on May 1 in Macclesfield. He was told to pay £235 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
