David Lee Mark Haslam, 35, of Beech Lane, Macclesfield, denied stealing meat from Tesco. He was bailed to court on April 21 for trial.

Jason David Holland, 41, of Dickens Lane, Poynton, admitted drink-driving. He was fined £120 and banned for 12 months.

Darren Paul Seyben, 47, of Oak View, Marton, Macclesfield, admitted drink-driving, failing to stop after an accident where a car damaged fencing and failing to report the accident to police. He was fined £260 and banned from driving for 40 months.

Jamie John Paul Condliffe, 25, of Becks Lane, Macclesfield, denied assault by beating. He was bailed to attend court on April 12 for trial.

Michael Gregory, 29, of Mill Lane, Macclesfield, admitted assault by beating. He was bailed to attend court on February 2 for sentencing.

William Reith, 48, of Belgrave Road, Macclesfield, denied assault by beating. He was bailed to attend court on April 12 for the trial.

Jonathan Hatch, 35, of Cholmondley Street, Macclesfield, admitted breaching a community order. He was given 20 hours unpaid work.

James Declan Titchen, 24, of Birkdale Close, Tytherington, admitted harassment. He was given a 20-week prison sentence suspended for two years and ordered to complete 100 hours unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay his victim £500 compensation and given a restraining order lasting three years.

Samuel John Gratton, 26, of Henley Avenue, Cheadle Hulme, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in Macclesfield, and assaulting a police officer. He was fined £150.

Patrick Peter Halle, 25, of Hollin Road, Bollington, admitted drink-driving. He was fined £350 and banned for 20 months.

Martin Press, 32, of Alton Drive, Macclesfield, admitted possession of cocaine and being drunk and disorderly. He was fined £350.

Thomas Charles Rowbotham, 26, of Charter Street, Rochdale, admitted assault by beating, and assaulting a police officer in Bollington. He was given a curfew for 16 weeks and ordered to pay £75 compensation to both of his victims.

James Anthony Daltri, 29, of Becks Lane, Macclesfield, was found not guilty of assault after a trial.

Brian Anthony Leonard, 39, of Renfrew Close, Macclesfield, denied theft. He was bailed to attend court on April 28 for trial.

Ashley James Whittaker, 31, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing five meat joints worth £50 from the Late Shop in Macclesfield on January 4, and six charges of breaching supervision requirements following release from prison. He was jailed for 20 weeks.

Roy Anthony Bebbington, 56, of Bradgate Close, Manchester, admitted fishing without a licence at Goose Green, Macclesfield, on July 12. He was fined £145 and ordered to pay £147 costs.

Connor Cosgrove, 25, of Greenwood Gardens, Bredbury, Stockport, was found guilty in his absence of fishing without a licence at Gawsworth Fisheries, Macclesfield, on July 12. He was fined £220 and ordered to pay £149.

Andrew David Ashton, 44, of Mill Street, Congleton, admitted sending text messages conveying a threat. He was given a community order with 50 hours unpaid work.

Aaron Lee Sowter, 22, of Conway Towers, Blackberry Lane, Stockport, admitted burglary at a garage on Lowther Street, Bollington, between September 29 and 30, and stole a quad bike and socket set worth £5,100. He also admitted possession of cannabis. He was sentenced to 20 weeks prison suspended for 24 months. He was also given three-month curfew and ordered to pay £1,000.

Peter Zylstra, 30, of Range Court, Macclesfield, indicated a plea of guilty to three charges of exposure. He was bailed to appear at Chester Crown Court for sentencing on February 5.

Leon Wallace Thompson, 40, of Parnell Square, Hillary Avenue, Congleton, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in Macclesfield. He was fined £80.

Jordan McAuley Collins, of Lumley Road, Macclesfield, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, and resisting a police constable. He was ordered to complete 100 hours unpaid work.

Manix Kvec, 23, of Bordesley Green Road, Nechells, Birmingham, admitted fraud by false representation in Macclesfield and breaching a court order for fraud from October last year. He was jailed for 14 weeks and ordered to pay £200 compensation.

Christopher Fairhurst, 50, of Mill Lane, Macclesfield, admitted assault by beating.

He was given a conditional discharge and ordered to pay £75 compensation.

Jack Nathaniel Taylor, 19, of Delamere Drive, Macclesfield, admitted failing to stop after an accident and failing to stop when directed by the police. He was given 200 hours unpaid work and had his licence endorsed with eight points.

Irene Kay Bradbury, 53, of Brocklehurst Avenue, Macclesfield, denied assault by beating. She was bailed to attend court on April 12 for trial.

Robert Burdock, 49, of Sugar Lane, Rainow, denied assault by beating. He was bailed to attend to court on April 26 for trial.

Aaron Barton, 20, of Moss Lane, Macclesfield, admitted sexual touching of a woman over 16. He was bailed to attend court on February 9 for sentence

Lynn Nicholl, 43, of Messuage Lane, Congleton, admitted drink-driving. He was fined £120 and banned for 19 months.

Nicola Paxton, 48, of Oakfield Road, Poynton, admitted drink-driving. She was fined £120 and banned for 17 months.

Andrew Pottery, 41, of Worth Clough, Middlewood Road, Poynton, was found guilty of assault by beating. He was bailed to attend court on February 9 for sentencing.
