Recent cases heard at South and East Cheshire Magistrates’ Court:

Jonathon Martin Hatch, 34, of Cholmondeley Street, Macclesfield, admitted possession of cannabis. He was fined £100.

Lisa Marie Hayes, 36, of Robin Hood Avenue, Macclesfield, was found guilty after trial of assault. She was given a community order with supervision.

Kevin Paul Sumner, 56, of Oxford Road, Macclesfield, admitted possessing of amphetamine, failing to surrender to custody at magistrates court and being drunk and disorderly. He was fined £170.

Sean David Andrew Roberts, 38, of Churchside, Macclesfield, admitted using foul, abusive and offensive language to breach a criminal behaviour order. He was sentenced to 28 days in prison suspended for a year.

Thomas David Brown, 30, of Warwick Close, Macclesfield, admitted five charges of theft. He was sentenced to 24 weeks in prison suspended for one year.

Simon Charles Burnley, 40, of Mill Lane, Macclesfield, was convicted of breaching an anti-social behaviour order by having possession of an open container of alcohol. He was fined £25 and give a two year criminal behaviour order which bans him from drinking alcohol in a public place, using or encouraging other to use foul, abusive, insulting, offensive, threatening, disorderly or intimidating language or behaviour in any public place; reside at Mill Lane, for at least six months; take part in daily substance testing for three months.

Peter Haughton, 69, of Meadow Way, Macclesfield, admitted drink driving. He was fined £230 and banned from driving for three years.

Adelle Johnson, 36, of James Street, Macclesfield, admitted drink driving. She was fiend £205 and banned from driving for three years.

Max Alastair Griffiths, 22, of Curzon Road, Poynton, admitted driving while unfit through drugs. He was fined £230 and banned from driving for 12 months.

Lisa Bernadette Rose, 42, of Norton Street, Macclesfield, admitted drink driving. She was fiend £110 and banned from driving for 15 months.

Anthony Brogan, of London Road South, Poynton, admitted drink driving. He will be sentenced on October 8.
