* Nicholas Charles Hardwick, 40, of Tynedale Close, Macclesfield, admitted two charges of theft, attempted to enter as a trespasser with intent to steal, and agreeing to be carried in a stolen car, and failing to comply with supervision requirements after a period of imprisonment. He was jailed for 22 weeks.
* Vicentiu Adrian Buca, 23, of no fixed abode, admitted four charges of theft including theft of toiletries from Superdrug in Macclesfield. He was jailed for 40 weeks.
* Neil Robert Vincent Banks, 31, of South West Avenue, Bollington, admitted theft. He was given a conditional discharge.
* Charlotte Elizabeth Burke, 20, of Fulmer Drive, Stockport, admitted drink driving on London Road. She was fined £225 and banned for 14 months.
* Aidan Jessop, 23, of Earlsway, Macclesfield, admitted drink driving. He was fined £380 and banned for 16 months.
* Ann-Marie Sparkes, 47, of Princess Way, Macclesfield, admitted assaulting a police officer. She was fined £75.
* Lewis Carson Marsh, 19, of Sandgate Road, Macclesfield, admitted possession of cannabis. He was fined £50.
* Doru Constantin Petcu, 46, of no fixed abode, admitted four charges of theft, including one in Macclesfield. He was jailed for 40 weeks.
* Julian James Peel, 35, of Briarwood Avenue, Macclesfield, admitted stealing an iPhone and breaching a court order. He was given a curfew for two months and ordered to pay £130 compensation.
* Bradley Reece Dobson, 20, of Becks Lane, Macclesfield, admitted criminal damage, assault and possession of cannabis. He was given 270 hours unpaid work and a 20 day rehabilitation activity. He was also given a restraining order preventing him from contacting the victim.
* Michelle Jane Gokkaya, 49, of Earlsway, Macclesfield, admitted assault. She was given a curfew for 10 weeks, a restraining order and ordered to pay £50 compensation.
* Gemma Louise Pheasey, 23, of Chatsworth Avenue, Macclesfield, admitted assault. She was given a curfew for 10 weeks, a restraining order and ordered to pay £50 compensation.
* Laura Samantha Beech, 28, of Mayfield Avenue, Macclesfield, admitted assault. She was fined £115 and given a 10-day rehabilitation activity.
* Jason David Shackley, 27, of Peveril Walk, Macclesfield, admitted breaching a restraining order. He was fined £50.
* Matthew Peter Taylor, 34, of Countess Road, Macclesfield, admitted assault. He was bailed for sentence on July 26.
* Andrew Jaiden Riseley, 22, of Keats Drive, Macclesfield, appeared in court charged with three charges of dangerous driving, three charges of driving without insurance and three charges of driving without a licence. He was remanded in custody to Chester Crown Court on July 26.
* Jack Stevenson, 27, of Old Mill Lane, Macclesfield, was found guilty of drug driving and failing to surrender to bail. He was fined £400 and banned for 12 months.
* Keith Andrew Bailey, 55, of Sandwich Drive, Macclesfield, admitted drink driving. He was fined £280 and banned for 17 months.
* Thomas Ronald Bradley, 36, of Delamere Drive, Macclesfield, admitted possession of cocaine. He was fined £65.
* Jamie David Wood, 23, of Berwick Close, Macclesfield, admitted possession of cannabis. He was given a conditional discharge.
