* Marcus Nickson, 22, of Springfield Road, St Helens, admitted taking a car without consent in Macclesfield, theft of a mobile hone and two Samsung Galaxy tablets. He was given a curfew for six months and ordered to pay £570 compensation.
* Imogen Victoria Porter, 34, of Mill Road, Macclesfield, admitted stealing food worth £9.37 from the One Stop shop. She was fine £80.
* David Brian George Mellor, 25, of Brook Street, Macclesfield, admitted possession of cannabis. He was given a conditional discharge.
* Nigel Smith, 52, of Ecton Avenue, Macclesfield, admitted assault and drink driving. He was bailed for sentence on August 2.
* Matthew John Tyrer, 41, of Parkgate Road, Macclesfield, admitted criminal damage and driving without a licence and without insurance. He was sentenced to 12 weeks in prison suspended for 12 months and a curfew for eight weeks. He was ordered to pay £75 compensation.
* Carl Philip James Leavy, 33, of Wythenshawe, admitted drink driving and obstructing a police constable in Bollington. He was fined a total of £200 and banned for three years.
