  • Liam James Coffey, 25, of Century Way, Macclesfield, was found not guilty of sexual assault. A restraining order was made preventing him from contacting the complainant for two years.
  • Ian Paul Schofield, 36, of Lincoln Place, Macclesfield, was found not guilty of assault.

  • David Brian George Mellor, 25, of Brook Street, Macclesfield, admitted two charges of using threatening, abusive or insulting behaviour. He also admitted breaching a suspended sentence order for an offence of assault occasioning actual bodily harm. He was remanded in custody to Chester Crown Court on September 13 for the sentence.
